You then makeyour way to Swoyambhu Nath Stupa meaning “the self-existent” is popular among foreigners owing to the large monkey population residing in the area. No wonder why it’s also called “Monkey Temple”. Make sure you keep an eye out for these notorious creatures.Continue towards, Patan Durbar Square – the centre of Fine art. Patan Durbar Square and as youwalk past the whitewashed gate, you enter a square lined with cafes, grocery stores and huge iron bells. Still beyond the alleys lie mostly medieval neighbourhoods of the city. Temples and stupas are in abundance, in various shapes, sizes and antiquity. After visiting Buddhinath stupa, the full day sightseeing tour comes to an end. Back to the hotel for dinner.
